Speaking at the ceremony, Govhar Bakhshaliyeva noted that, in recent years Azerbaijani-Chinese relations between the two countries have strengthened and mutual cooperation in the scientific sphere. Ms. Bakhshaliyeva also informed the guests about the done work has expanded in the field of Sinology and stressed that the work is being carried out in the Asia-Pacific Region Department.

In his speech, Vang Fusheng expressed his satisfaction with the visit to Azerbaijan and stressed that mutual cooperation will be a great benefit for their activities in this field.

Speaking at the event, Li Rening, the official representative of the Shanghai University of China, Deputy Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, corresponding member of ANAS Shahin Mustafayev, head of the Asia-Pacific Region Department, Ph.D in Philosophy Zenfira Shikhibeyli and others spoke about the importance of cooperation between scientific institutions.
