In an interview with the Iraqi al-Afag TV channel the next day, the scientist spoke about Armenia's violation of the third ceasefire agreement, that international mediators did not put pressure on Armenia and that the Azerbaijani army launched a counterattack in order to restore its legal rights in response to Armenian occupation.
